Registration Guide
Our exclusive registration system allows you to sign up either as an Individual or as a Group.
Individual Registration
When registering as an Individual, you will need your email, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and valid credit card information.
Registration Group
When forming a Registration Group, you will be completely registering for yourself (Leader), as well as for anyone else you choose to purchase a registration for (Dependents).
You can also invite friends of yours to join your Group (Invited Guests), but they will purchase their own registration.
Here’s all the information you will need for each:
Leader (Primary) – For yourself, you will need your email, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and valid credit card information.
Dependent(s) – For each additional person you choose to pay for, you will need their name, phone number, date of birth, and mailing address if available. Also, if the Dependent has a separate email, it’s a great way for us to keep them informed of upcoming details.
Invited Guest(s) – For each additional person you invite to join the group, but who will be making their own financial arrangements, you will only need their name and email address.
Another Example of a Registration Group
Once upon a time, there was a mouse named Mickey who wanted to attend MAGIC Live! It turns out that he loves magic, having once apprenticed for a sorcerer.
Mickey talks to his friends, and they decide that he should be their Group Leader (Primary).
It is agreed that Mickey will pay for himself and Minnie, and he will invite everyone else — Donald, Goofy, and Snow.
Mickey reminds everyone not to register on their own, but to wait until he goes online and sets up the Group.
Next, Mickey makes sure he has all the information he needs from his friends (see Registration Guide above).
Mickey then goes online and first signs himself up as the Leader.
Then he adds Minnie as a Dependent (since he is going to pay for the two of them).
Lastly, he adds Donald, Goofy, and Snow as Invited Guests.
Mickey now completes the check-out process, paying for two registrations (his and Minnie’s).
He receives a confirmation email, and that’s it. The Mickey Mouse Group is now all set.
Within a few minutes, Donald, Goofy, and Snow each receive an email from MAGIC Live, letting them know that they have been invited to join The Mickey Mouse Group.
They each have five days to follow the unique link in their invitation email and to purchase their own registration (either in full or using our convenient monthly payment plan).
Snow does it right away, filling in her profile information and choosing to pay in full.
A few days later, Donald follows the link, fills in his own registration, and decides to add Huey as his Dependent. Donald checks out paying both for himself and Huey (selecting the monthly payment plan).
Goofy tells himself that he’ll do it later, but then forgets all about it. Fortunately, he receives a reminder email from MAGIC Live just before his five days run out. He immediately follows the link in the reminder email, and signs himself up.
Mickey receives an email confirming that The Mickey Mouse Group now has Mickey, Minnie, Snow, Donald, Huey, and Goofy.
They all attend MAGIC Live, all with the exact same show schedule.
And, of course, they all live happily ever after!
