Registration Transfers

Your registration to MAGIC Live 2026 is transferable. There are two ways that you can transfer your registration to a person of your choosing (below).

If you are facilitating the transfer using our online registration platform (#1), the transfer must be completed by Saturday, August 1, at 12:00 Noon Pacific Time. After that, all registration transfers must go through the MAGIC Live office and are subject to a service fee.

A registration cannot be transferred once it has been picked up.

1. Securely through our Registration System
(Must be completed by Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 12:00 Noon Pacific Time)

You can initiate the transfer online here, or if you have your confirmation number (starts with ML2026), you can use this link. Be sure to enter the email address you used in the billing section of the registration form. You’ll be asked to enter the recipients’ details (first name, last name, and email address).

Once the transfer is initiated, the person you’re transferring to will receive an email with instructions on how to claim the registration. After they’ve completed the form and made payment, you will receive a full refund.

2. Independent Sale or Gift
(No service fee if completed before Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 12:00 Noon Pacific Time. A registration cannot be transferred once it has been picked up.)

If you privately sold your registration or are gifting it to a friend, your transfer needs to be made directly through the MAGIC Live office. 

To initiate the transfer, please send us an email with the following information for the replacement registrant (the person you are transferring your registration to):
